Abstract:
Dismenoreja je pogosta ginekološka diagnoza, s katero s srečuje večina žensk v rodni dobi. O primarni dismenoreji govorimo, kadar ni očitne patologije v medenični votlini in se skoraj vedno prvič pojavi pred dvajsetim letom starosti. Namen diplomskega dela je s pregledom strokovne literature preučiti vpliv fizioterapije pri obravnavi bolnic s primarno dismenorejo. Želeli smo pridobiti nova znanja, s katerimi bomo lažje razumeli vlogo fizioterapije pri obravnavi primarne dismenoreje in ugotoviti, katere so najbolj učinkovite fizioterapevtske metode pri obravnavi žensk s primarno dismenorejo.

Title:
The impact of physiotherapy treatments in primary dysmenorrhea
Abstract:
Dysmenorrhea, also known as painful menstruation, is a common gynaecological diagno-sis encountered by most women of fertile age. Dysmenorrhea is still a misunderstood condition and the field is poorly researched. Most women accept it as normal part of their menstrual cycle. Primary dysmenorrhea is diagnosed when there is no pelvic pathology and occurs almost always before the age of 20. The purpose of this thesis is to examine the impact of physiotherapy in the treatment of patients with primary dysmenorrhea by reviewing the professional literature. We wanted to acquire new knowledge that will help us better understand the role of physiotherapy in the treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, and to determine the most effective physiotherapy methods in the treatment of women.
