Title:Razvoj digitalne strategije za Srednjo šolo za gostinstvo in turizem : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Informacijska družba zahteva hitro usvajanje znanj, saj le-te omogočajo konkurenčnost v izobraževanju. Ker je Evropska unija že sprejela digitalni akcijski načrt v izobraževanju, je potrebno strokovne delavce ustrezno pripraviti na pričakovano prenovo, saj z obstoječimi digitalnimi kompetencami ne bodo kos zahtevam prenovljenih učnih načrtov. Projekt Dviga digitalne kompetentnosti je zasnovan z namenom zagotavljanja podpore vzgojno – izobraževalnim zavodom pri implementaciji digitalne strategije, kar je glavni cilj pričujoče magistrske naloge. V prvem delu naloge so teoretično opisani osnovni pojmi obravnavane tematike. Nadaljnje empirično raziskovanje je potekalo s samoevalvacijskim orodjem SELFIE, s katerim je bila raziskana stopnja digitalnih kompetenc dijakov in strokovnih delavcev v Srednji šoli za gostinstvo in turizem v Novem mestu. Izhajajoč iz pridobljenih podatkov o stanju digitalnih kompetenc, smo z metodo DEX ter orodjem za večriterijsko modeliranje DEXi, izbrali tri področja razvojnih prioritet za izgradnjo digitalne strategije šole.

Abstract:In the information society there is a need to speed up digital knowledge and skills acquisition at educational workers, as it enables competitiveness in education. Since the European Union has already adopted a digital action plan in education, it is necessary to adequately prepare professional workers for the expected renewal, as they will not be able to cope with the requirements of the renewed curricula with their existing digital competences. The Digital Competence Enhancement project is designed with the aim of providing support to educational institutions in the implementation of a digital strategy, which is the main goal of the current master's thesis. In the first part of the assignment, the basic concepts of the discussed topic are theoretically described. Further empirical research was carried out using the self-evaluation tool SELFIE, which was used to investigate the level of digital competences of students and professionals at the High School of Cathering and Tourism in Novo Mesto. Based on the obtained data, we selected three areas as priorities for the school's digital strategy using the DEX method and the DEXi multi-criteria modeling tool.
