Title:Načrtovanje in vodenje kadrovskih projektov

Abstract:Vse več podjetij posveča veliko pozornosti kadrom in njihovemu vplivu na poslovanje podjetja. Funkcija kadrovskega menedžmenta je pomembna za izbor dobrih kadrov. Zaposlovanje pravih ljudi je postalo ključ za doseganja ciljev podjetja in konkurenčnosti. Naloga kadrovskih strokovnjakov je dobro poznavanje delovnega procesa in nalog na ključnih delovnih mestih, da lahko zanje najdejo ustrezne kandidate. Uspeh podjetja je v največji meri odvisen od učinkovitosti kadrovske funkcije. Kadrovska funkcija se je v zadnjih letih močno razvila, kar je prispevalo k vključevanju vodij in zaposlenih v dejavnosti, k povečanju učinkovitosti, izobraževanju ... Prvi del diplomske naloge se nanaša na teorijo. V njem smo razjasnili pojme, kot so projekti, kadri, kadrovska funkcija. Nato smo se dotaknili neprofitnih organizacij. V tem poglavju smo opredelili neprofitne organizacije, opredelili, kakšna je vloga menedžmenta v neprofitnih organizacijah ter razložili njihovo financiranje in projekte. V drugem, empiričnem delu, pa smo na podlagi intervjujev odgovarjali na raziskovalna vprašanja, ki smo si jih zastavili v diplomski nalogi. Ključna ugotovitev je, da je uspeh vsakega podjetja odvisen od njegove kadrovske funkcije. Dejavnosti, ki izhajajo iz kadrovske funkcije, so usmerjene v načrtovanje kadrov, razvoj, motivacijo, selekcijo, uvajanje zaposlenih ter spremljanje in nadzor kadrov z namenom zagotavljanja maksimalnih vrednosti za doseganje ciljev podjetja. Kadri so tisti, s katerimi podjetje dosega svoje poslovne cilje, saj ni dovolj le imeti delavcev, ampak je nujno imeti prave delavce, ki jih lahko obdržimo.

Title:Planning and managing HRM projects
Abstract:More and more companies are paying a lot of attention to personnel and their impact on the company's operations. The personnel management function is important for the selection of good personnel. Recruiting the right people has become the key to achieving company goals and competitiveness. The task of an HR specialist is to have a good knowledge of the work process and tasks in key positions so that they can find suitable candidates for them. The success of the company depends to the greatest extent on the efficiency of the personnel function. The human resource’s function has developed significantly in recent years, which has contributed to the involvement of managers and employees in activities, increased efficiency, and education... The first part of the thesis refers to the theory. In it, we clarified terms such as projects, personnel, and HR function. Then we mentioned non-profit organizations. In this chapter, we have defined non-profit organizations, what is the role of management in non-profit organizations, and their financing and projects. In the second, empirical part, on the basis of interviews, we answered the research questions that we asked ourselves in the thesis. Key considerations are that the success of any company depends on its HR function. The activities arising from the personnel function are aimed at personnel planning, development, motivation, selection, the introduction of employ, and monitoring and control of personnel with the aim of ensuring maximum values for the achievement of the company's goals. Personnel are the ones whom the company will achieve its business goals, it is not enough to just have workers, it is necessary to have the right workers that we can keep.
