Title:BANČNO ZAVAROVALNIŠTVO – Neformalno vodenje zaposlenih pri poslovnem partnerju / na primeru bančnega zavarovalništva v slovenski zavarovalnici

Abstract:V poslovnem sodelovanju med banko in zavarovalnico sodeluje več subjektov. Za realizacijo skupnih prodajnih ciljev pa so poleg vodstva bank in zavarovalnic na strani bank med prvimi zadolženi zaposleni v bančnih poslovalnicah ter koordinatorji bančnih prodajnih poti na strani zavarovalnic. Prav slednji sicer v večjem delu delujejo v bančnih poslovalnicah, kjer s svojim strokovnim znanjem vplivajo na prodajo zavarovalnih produktov. Njihova vloga je podobna vodstveni vlogi vendar pri svojem delu z bančnimi svetovalci nimajo formalne moči vodenja. V diplomski nalogi se je s raziskovalnimi vprašanji skušalo ugotoviti kakšna je vloga koordinatorja bančnih prodajnih poti, kako pomembna je njegova prisotnost, ga bančnih svetovalci vidijo kot neformalnega vodjo na področju prodaje zavarovalnih produktov? V ta namen je bila uporabljena empirična raziskava s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika. Cilj naloge je bilo prepoznati in razumeti pogled oziroma videnje dela koordinatorja bančnih prodajnih poti s strani bančnih svetovalcev. Pri doseganju cilja diplomske naloge je bilo zaznati nekaj omejitev predvsem v teoretičnih izhodiščih neformalnega vodenja v bančnem zavarovalništvu. Drugo večjo omejitev je predstavljalo zagotavljanje zaključenih in pravilno izpolnjenih anket. V diplomski nalogi je bilo ugotovljeno, da bančni svetovalci koordinatorja bančnih prodajnih poti neposredno ne prepoznajo kot neformalnega vodjo. Pri tem mu priznavajo strokovne kompetence in druge veščine, ki sodijo v teoretični opis neformalnega vodenja.

Title:BANCASSURANCE – Informal leadership of business partner employees - an example of bancassurance in Slovenian insurance company example
Abstract:Several entities participate in the business cooperation between the bank and the insurance company. In addition to the management of banks and insurance companies, employees in bank branches and coordinators of bank sales channels on the side of insurance companies are among the first to be responsible for the realization of common sales goals. The latter mostly work in bank branches, where they influence the sale of insurance products with their expertise. Their role is similar to a managerial role, but they do not have formal leadership power in their work with bank advisors. In the diploma thesis, research questions were formulated to find out what is the role of bank sales channels coordinator, how important is his presence, do bank consultants see him as an informal leader in the field of selling insurance products? For this purpose, empirical research was used with the help of a survey questionnaire with the aim of identifying and understanding the view or perception of bank consultants regarding the work of bank sales channels coordinator. In achieving the goal of the thesis, some limitations were detected, especially in the theoretical starting points of informal leadership in bancaassurance industry. Another major limitation was ensuring correctly completed surveys. In the diploma thesis, it was established that bank consultants do not directly recognize the coordinator of bank sales channels as an informal leader. However, they do recognize his professional competences and other skills that belong to the theoretical description of informal leadership.
