Language: Slovenian Work type: Master's thesis/paper Organization: FUDS - School of advanced social studies Abstract: Trenutno se v svetu daje veliko pozornosti v trajnostni razvoj, katere del je e-mobilnost. Smernice Evropske unije so jasno zastavljene v smer za doseganje brezogljične družbe v čim večji meri. Te naj bi se uresničile do leta 2050. Eden izmed ključnih dejavnikov trajnostnega razvoja na področju zelenega preboja je promet, ki v veliki meri lahko pripomore k zagotavljanju kakovosti nizkoogljične družbe. Delček tega so tudi lokalne skupnosti, ki z vlaganjem v e-mobilnost prispevajo k uresničevanju zadanih ciljev Evropske unije. S sledenjem zastavljenih smernic, ki jih je postavila Evropska unija na obravnavanem področju, prispevajo k zmanjševanju emisij CO2 in s tem tudi k zmanjševanju globalnega segrevanja. E-mobilnost je trenutno panoga, ki je v visokem porastu, vendar pa se še vedno pojavlja mnogo neznank in ovir, s katerimi se srečujejo tako uporabniki kot ponudniki ter proizvajalci e-tehnologij na področju razvoja e-mobilnosti. Predvsem se pojavljajo težave pri izgradnji in možnosti uporabe infrastrukture. Tema, ki jo bomo obdelali v magistrski nalogi z naslovom »Smernice za izdelavo celostne strategije e-mobilnosti v občini Brda«, je le delček mozaika celostne strategije za turizem v Goriških brdih. Tema je obdelana s pomočjo kvalitativne raziskave obdelave podatkov s pomočjo metode CRIPREDE. Odgovori na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja so prikazali smernice, s pomočjo katerih se bo lahko v prihodnosti pripravljala strategija na temo razvoja e-mobilnosti v povezavi z lokalnim turizmom. Skozi nalogo smo poskušali pridobiti temeljne poglede in zaključne odgovore na zastavljena raziskovalna vprašanja. Ključni pomen naloge so bile dobro izpeljane fokusne skupine s ciljnimi skupinami, skozi katere smo pridobili možnost oblikovanja ciljnih predpostavk za nadaljnje raziskave na navedenem področju. Title:	GUIDELINES FOR CREATING AN COMPREHENSIVE E-MOBILITY STRATEGY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BRDA
Abstract:	Currently, on a global scale, a lot of attention is being paid to sustainable development, of which E-mobility is a part. The guidelines of the European Union are clearly set in the direction of achieving a carbon-free society to the greatest extent possible. These should be realized by 2050. One of the key factors of sustainable development in the field of green breakthrough is transport which can largely contribute to ensuring the quality of a low-carbon society. A part of this are also the local communities, which by investing in e-mobility contribute to the realization of the set goals of the European Union. By following the guidelines set by the European Union they contribute to reducing CO2 emissions and thus also to reducing global warming. E-mobility is currently an industry that is on a very high rise, but there are still many unknowns and obstacles that both users and providers, as well as producers of E-technology in the field of E-mobility development, are facing. Above all, there are problems with construction and the possibility of using the infrastructure. The topic that I will work on in my master's thesis entitled "Guidelines for creating an integrated e-mobility strategy in the municipality of Brda" is only a part of the mosaic of an integrated strategy for tourism in Goriška Brda. The topic is treated with the help of qualitative data processing research using the CRIPREDE method. The answers to the research questions posed showed guidelines, with the help of which a strategy on the topic of e-mobility development, in connection with local tourism, can be prepared in the future. Through the assignment, I tried to obtain fundamental views and final answers to the research questions posed. The key importance of the task was well-conducted focus groups with target groups, through which we gained the possibility of forming target assumptions for further research in the mentioned field.
