Abstract:Upravljanje storitev informacijske tehnologije je ključno za učinkovito zagotavljanje informacijskih tehnologij v organizacijah in za dosego poslovnih ciljev. Prinaša prednosti, kot so izboljšana produktivnost, zmanjšanje časov nedelovanja sistemov, večje zadovoljstvo uporabnikov in večja varnost informacijskih sistemov, ter omogoča boljšo usklajenost med informacijsko tehnologijo in poslovnimi potrebami organizacije. Vpeljava ustreznega orodja za upravljanje storitev informacijske tehnologije je za organizacije zelo velikega pomena, saj omogoča avtomatizacijo in optimizacijo procesov ter celovit vpogled v delovanje storitev informacijske tehnologije. Pravilna implementacija orodja ITSM omogoča boljšo sledljivost, nadzor in obvladovanje storitev informacijske tehnologije, kar vodi k povečanju učinkovitosti, zmanjšanju tveganj in izboljšanju poslovnih rezultatov organizacije.

Abstract:The management of IT services is key to the effective provision of information technologies in organizations and the achievement of business goals. It brings benefits such as improved productivity, reduction of system downtime, greater user satisfaction, greater security of information systems and enables better coordination between IT and the business needs of the organization. The introduction of an appropriate tool for the management of information technology services is of great importance for organizations, as it enables the automation and optimization of processes and a comprehensive insight into the operation of IT services. The correct implementation of ITSM tools enables better traceability, control and management of IT services, which leads to increased efficiency, reduced risks and improved business results of the organization.
