Title:Uporaba virtualne resničnosti v obravnavi šolske anksioznosti : stališča in pripravljenost strokovnjakov

Abstract:Magistrska naloga obravnava uporabo virtualne resničnosti pri obravnavi šolske anksioznosti z vidika strokovnjakov s področja duševnega zdravja otrok in mladostnikov. Namen raziskave je ugotoviti, v kolikšni meri strokovnjaki poznajo in uporabljajo virtualno resničnost v svoji terapevtski praksi, ter raziskati njihovo pripravljenost za vključevanje te tehnologije v svojo delovno prakso. Raziskava temelji na kvantitativnem pristopu, pri čemer so podatki zbrani z anketnim vprašalnikom. Rezultati pokažejo, da je poznavanje virtualne resničnosti kot terapevtskega orodja med strokovnjaki zelo nizko, njena uporaba pa v terapevtskem smislu sploh ni prisotna. Končne ugotovitve kažejo, da ima virtualna resničnost pri obravnavi šolske anksioznosti obetaven, a še ne povsem uveljavljen potencial, ki pred tem zahteva še nadaljnji razvoj strokovnih in institucionalnih pogojev.

Title:Using virtual reality in the treatment of school anxiety : views and willingness of experts
Abstract:This master's thesis examines the use of virtual reality in treating school anxiety from the perspective of experts working in the field of mental health in children and adolescents. The purpose of the study was to determine the extent to which experts are familiar with and use virtual reality in their therapeutic practice and to explore their willingness to incorporate this technology into their work. The study was based on a quantitative approach, with data collected using a questionnaire. The results showed that awareness of virtual reality as a therapeutic tool among professionals is very low, and its use in a therapeutic context is non-existent. The final findings show that virtual reality has promising but not yet fully established potential in the treatment of school anxiety, which requires further development of professional and institutional conditions.
