Abstract:Teoretična izhodišča: Gibanje otroku omogoča spoznavanje lastnega telesa in razvoj osnovnih gibalnih vzorcev, ki so temelj za funkcionalne spretnosti. Frekvenca terapij ni odločilna; večji pomen imata konsistenca in ciljno usmerjen program. Razprava: Večina raziskav vključuje majhne vzorce in heterogene skupine otrok, kar omejuje primerljivost rezultatov. Med najpogosteje uporabljenimi pristopi so Bobath koncept, razvojno usmerjena neonatalna fizioterapija po programu NICU, funkcionalna elektrostimulacija (FES), hipoterapija in PNF. Zgodnji začetek obravnave lahko pozitivno vpliva na razvoj grobe motorike, vendar sta za dolgoročni napredek bistvena individualno zasnovan program in dosledno izvajanje terapij.

Abstract:Theoretical foundations: Movement allows a child to learn about their own body and develop basic movement patterns, which are the foundation for functional skills. Movement disabilities cover a wide range of movement problems that affect an individual's functioning in the environment. The causes are varied, as are the methods of physiotherapy treatment, which depend on the child's diagnosis and needs. Methods: The research is based on a review of professional and scientific literature obtained from the databases: Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, PEDro, ResearchGate, COBISS and UpToDate. Articles were included based on predefined inclusion criteria. Results: Nine studies were included in the shortlist. It was found that early physiotherapy treatment does not always bring direct improvements in gross motor skills, but can cause significant indirect effects in the child's later development. The quantity and quality of therapy and clearly set goals are key. Parental education plays an important role, as their active participation increases the scope and effectiveness of treatment. The frequency of therapy is not decisive; Consistency and a targeted program are more important. The variety of methods used makes comparison of results difficult, but a combination of different approaches has been shown to be effective. Discussion: Most studies involve small samples and heterogeneous groups of children, which limits the comparability of results. The most commonly used approaches include the Bobath concept, developmental neonatal physiotherapy according to the NICU program, functional electrical stimulation (FES), hippotherapy, and PNF. Early initiation of treatment can have a positive effect on gross motor development, but an individually designed program and consistent implementation of therapies are essential for long-term progress.
