Metoda: Vire smo iskali v desetih podatkovnih bazah. Literaturo smo izbirali z vključitvenimi in izključitvenimi kriteriji.

Abstract:Theoretical background: SLAP lesion is an injury to the upper part of the labrum of the shoulder joint, which affects the stability and functionality of the shoulder. It most often occurs in athletes and people who perform repetitive overhead movements. The thesis analyzes the impact of physiotherapy on reducing pain and improving functionality in patients with SLAP lesions and examines the most effective rehabilitation methods. Method: We searched for sources in ten databases. Literature was selected using inclusion and exclusion criteria. The literature review was conducted from November 2024 to February 2025. The data were processed using a qualitative analysis of professional and scientific contributions. Results: The systematic literature review included 39 full-text articles, of which 23 were excluded based on the criteria and 16 articles were included in the analysis. The inclusion criteria mainly included articles that discussed physiotherapy methods for treating SLAP lesions. We found that manual therapy, proprioceptive exercises, rotator cuff muscle strengthening, and scapular stabilization are key factors in successful rehabilitation. In addition, the patient's age, level of injury, and general physical fitness also affect the success of treatment. Discussion: The results of the study emphasize the need for individually tailored rehabilitation programs based on a holistic approach. With properly designed physiotherapy, it is possible to improve shoulder functionality and reduce pain, thereby increasing the quality of life of patients.
