Abstract:Organizacijska klima predstavlja pomemben dejavnik uspešnosti in učinkovitosti organizacije. Rezultati raziskave kažejo značilne razlike v pozitivnejšem dojemanju diplomiranih medicinskih sester v naslednjih komponentah organizacijske klime, in sicer vodenje, notranja komunikacija, poznavanje poslanstva, pripadnost, razvoj kariere in nagrajevanje.

Abstract:Organizational climate represents an important factor in the success and effectiveness of an organization. A positive organizational climate is associated with higher employee satisfaction and the quality of work performed, that is, with high-quality nursing care. Studies have shown that top management plays an important role and has a significant influence on the organizational climate. Monitoring organizational climate is an important practice within organizations. In the first part of the thesis, a qualitative research method was employed in the form of a systematic literature review. In the empirical part of the master’s thesis, a quantitative research method was applied, based on data collection using a survey technique. The average rating of all dimensions of organizational climate in the studied organization is 3.59. The research results indicate that the highest-rated dimension of organizational climate in the organization is attitude toward quality, while the lowest-rated dimension is motivation and engagement. The findings further reveal statistically significant differences in the more positive perceptions of registered nurses regarding the following components of organizational climate: leadership, internal communication, awareness of the mission, sense of belonging, career development, and reward systems. The results did not show statistically significant gender differences in the perception of organizational climate. The research findings confirm that leadership plays an important role in shaping and maintaining a positive organizational climate. The organizational climate in the organization was assessed as positive; however, the results also identified areas that require additional managerial attention. Understanding differences in the perception of individual dimensions of organizational climate among different professional groups is crucial for targeted improvements.
