23. POLOŽAJ SAMOSTOJNEGA PODJETNIKA V POSTOPKU IZVRŠBE IN V OSEBNEM STEČAJUTom Lajevec, 2026, not set Abstract: Diplomsko delo obravnava razlike v položaju samostojnega podjetnika v postopku izvršbe in v
njegovo odobritev strogi.
Kljub možnosti odpusta obveznosti v stečajnem postopku, diplomsko delo potrdi hipotezo, da
je položaj zadolženega podjetnika ugodnejši v postopku izvršbe. Keywords: samostojni podjetnik, izvršba, osebni stečaj, odpust obveznosti, ZIZ, ZFPPIPP. Published in ReVIS: 19.05.2026; Views: 27; Downloads: 0

24. Encoded Landscapes : a link between Inka wall orientations and Andean geomorphologyNicolás Palacios-Prado, Fabiola Corominas-Sustach, Andrés Pérez, Danilo Verdugo, Tomaž Podobnikar, 2024, original scientific article Abstract: While some Inka structures and motifs align with astronomical and horizon markers, a significant portion of their constructions exhibit different patterns. We examined the potential correlation between the orientation patterns of the Inka walls and Andean geomorphology, aiming to uncover the extent to which the physical landscape guided these ancient architectural design methodologies. Using geospatial technology and specially developed peak detection and recognition software, we extensively and meticulously analyzed over 40,000 m of surveyed Inka walls and 20,000 mountain peaks across 11 distinct geographical areas. The analysis revealed a significant correlation between key wall orientations and the parallel peak alignment of the Andean Mountain Range. This suggests a purposeful encoding of landscape orientations into Inka architecture. These findings propose a novel perspective on the intricate relationship between Inka culture and the Andean highlands’ topography. Furthermore, this research introduces a distinctive methodological approach to exploring the impact of natural landscapes on architectural planning, establishing a foundation for comparative studies among other ancient civilizations. 26. 28. A Note on the Parity of Integer-Valued Topological IndicesTomislav Došlić, 2026, original scientific article Abstract: In this note we collect and state some facts on the parity of some integer-valued graph invariants. In particular, we show that several well-known bond-additive topological indices assume only even values for all connected graphs. Among them are both degreebased and distance-based indices. We also discuss some general graph-theoretical consequences of established results. Published in ReVIS: 18.05.2026; Views: 34; Downloads: 1

29. Graphs with maximum generalized complementary second Zagreb indexSnježana Majstorović Ergotić, Tomislav Došlić, 2026, original scientific article Abstract: In this paper, we confirm a conjecture by Furtula and Oz regarding graphs that maximize the second complementary Zagreb index. We demonstrate that this conjecture holds for a broader class of indices, each of which is parameter-dependent, and which we will refer to as the generalized complementary second Zagreb index. It is shown that all indices in this class are maximized by complete split graphs. Additionally, we analyze the behavior of the clique order in optimal graphs. For the case of the second complementary Zagreb index, we provide an explicit expression, thereby confirming the value conjectured by Furtula and Oz. 30. On Wiener-type topological indices and their reciprocalsAkbar Ali, Tomislav Došlić, Zahid Raza, 2025, original scientific article Abstract: The Harary index and the Wiener index are two well-studied topological indices in chemical graph theory. Quite recently, the graphs attaining the minimum value of the product of the Harary and Wiener indices were characterized in [E. Azjargal, B. Horoldagva, I. Gutman, Minimum of product of Wiener and Harary indices, MATCH Commun. Math. Comput. Chem. 92 (2024) 65–71] over the class of all connected graphs of a fixed order and size. The present paper provides a generalization, involving Wiener-type topological indices and their reciprocals, of the aforementioned result.
