Abstract: Bolečina v spodnjem delu hrbta predstavlja velik socialno-ekonomski problem sedanjega časa. Prav tako pa predstavlja tudi težavo posamezniku, ki jo doživlja, saj vpliva na vse vidike njegovega življenja. S fizioterapijo lahko bolečino, skupaj z ostalimi metodami, učinkovito lajšamo. Vaje za stabilizacijo trupa so ena izmed tehnik fizioterapevtske obravnave. S pomočjo strokovne in znanstvene literature smo pregledali to področje. Zanimal nas je vpliv izvajanja fizioterapevtskih vaj na stabilizacijo trupa in na lajšanje bolečine pri različnih patologijah v spodnjem delu hrbta. S pregledom literature smo ugotovili, da fizioterapevtske vaje vplivajo na stabilizacijo trupa, prav tako pa tudi lajšajo bolečino pri različnih patologijah. Programi se med seboj razlikujejo, saj je pri tako obširnem področju težav težko vzpostaviti univerzalnega. Prav tako so uporabljeni različni pripomočki, vaje se lahko izvajajo v različnem okolju, uporabljene so različne tehnike. Velikokrat se jih tudi kombinira z drugimi metodami. Pri izvajanju vaj sta pomembni konsistenca in vztrajnost, saj te pomagajo le na dolgi rok.

Abstract: This thesis explores sustainable practices in the craft brewing industry, focusing on environmental, economic, and social challenges as breweries meet consumer demand for eco-friendly products. The study identifies the main drivers and barriers, including financial constraints, regulatory complexities, and limited expertise. Examining current trends, consumer behaviours, and technological innovations gives practical solutions and strategic recommendations for making the sector more sustainable. The findings highlight opportunities like cost savings, market differentiation, and community engagement, even though challenges like financial and knowledge gaps exist. Emphasising the need for economic incentives, education, and standardised metrics, the research shows the role of community partnerships in advancing sustainability. The thesis offers a framework for implementing sustainable practices and aligning business success with environmental and community goals. It ends with recommendations for future research on better assessment tools and new brewing technologies to further reduce environmental impacts, paving the way for a more sustainable future in craft brewing.
