Opis:Vsak zaposleni se vsakodnevno srečuje s komunikacijo na delovnem mestu, ki zagotovo vpliva tudi na nivo stresa, ki ga doživlja, ter na počutje. Zato smo se odločili, da v magistrski nalogi raziščemo dejavnike komunikacije na delovnem mestu ter medsebojno odvisnost oz. neodvisnost s stresom ter počutjem. Komuniciranje, ki v veliki meri zaznamuje dinamiko odnosov na delovnem mestu, je tema brez konca, saj je osnova človekovega delovanja kot družbenega bitja. Najprej smo v teoretičnem delu povzeli glavne pojme, ki se nanašajo na magistrsko nalogo, in sicer smo podrobneje razčlenili komuniciranje, stres ter počutje na delovnem mestu. Opisali smo glavne značilnosti posameznih pojmov pa tudi vzroke in posledice njihovega delovanja. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo spletne ankete in analize podatkov s programom PSPP raziskovali povezavo med pozitivno komunikacijo, spodbudnim in podpornim delovnim okoljem ter počutjem zaposlenih na delovnem mestu. Prav tako smo, v povezavi s komunikacijo, skušali ugotoviti razlike v doživljanju stresa na delovnem mestu med moškimi in ženskami. Zanimalo nas je tudi, ali dobro počutje vpliva na to, da zaposleni ostajajo na trenutnem delovnem mestu, ter ali je morda plača edini dejavnik, da zaposleni ne menjajo delovnega mesta. V povezavi z zamenjavo delovnega mesta nas je zanimalo še, kako dobri odnosi v kolektivu vplivajo na namero o zamenjavi delovnega mesta. Ugotovili smo, da se zaposleni najbolje počutijo ob odkriti komunikaciji z nadrejenimi, ob podpori sodelavcev pa je nižji tudi nivo stresa, ki ga občutijo na delovnem mestu. Izkazalo se je, da zaposleni, ki jim je glavna motivacija plača, pogosteje občutijo stres na delovnem mestu. Razlik v doživljanju stresa med moškimi in ženskimi v naši raziskavi sicer nismo zaznali. Ugotovili smo, da delovna doba na trenutnem delovnem mestu ni nujno povezana z dobrim počutjem zaposlenih, so pa zaposleni, ki imajo dobre odnose s sodelavci, manj nagnjeni k nameri o zamenjavi delovnega mesta.

Naslov:Communication as a Tool for Managing Stress and Well Being of the Employees
Opis:Every employee undergoes various forms of communication at the workplace on a daily basis, which certainly affects the level of stress and well-being overall. We therefore decided to explore the factors of workplace communication and their interdependence or independence in our master's thesis as well. Communication is a never-ending topic, which significantly declares the dynamics of relationships at the workplace, as it is the foundation of human action as a social being. In the theoretical part, we summarized the crucial terms related to our master's thesis, as we specifically analysed communication, stress, and well-being at the workplace. We described the main characteristics of each term as well as the causes and consequences of their functioning. In the empirical part, we used an online survey and data analysis with the PSPP program to explore the connection between positive communication, a stimulating and supportive work environment, and well-being of employees at work. We also tried to determine the differences in the experience of work-related stress between men and women in relation to communication. We were also interested in whether well-being influences employees' decision to stay at their current job and whether salary might be the only factor preventing employees from leaving their jobs. In addition, we were also interested in how good relationships within the team affect the intention of employees to change jobs. We found out, that employees feel best with open communication with their supervisors, and support from colleagues, which also reduces the level of stress they feel at work. It also turned out that employees for whom salary is the main motivation, experience stress at work more frequently. However, in our research we did not notice differences in stress experience between men and women. We also found that the length of service at the current job is not necessarily related to employee well-being, although the intention to change job is less likely by employees who have good relationships with their colleagues.
