Title:E-izobraževanje : izziv učeči se družbi in priložnost za razvoj posameznika

Abstract:Spremembe zaradi razvoja informacijsko komunikacijske tehnologije hkrati sprožajo spremembe v družbi, med drugim postaja izziv tudi v drugačen način pridobivanja znanja oziroma informacij. Z pričujočo nalogo smo želeli oblikovati strukturirano bazo znanja, s pomočjo katere bo možno izbran program e-izobraževanja kritično oceniti ter opozoriti na pomanjkljivosti. Prilagajanje in slednje izobraževalnih institucij drugačnemu načinu sprejemanja informacij (še posebno prihodnjih generacij) postaja izziv izobraževalnim institucijam. Rešitev je med drugim v kreiranju novih storitev na področju e-izobraževanja, katere morda še slutimo ne. Z novimi storitvami se bo e-izobraževanje prilagajalo potrebam učečega in s tem nudilo priložnosti za razvoj posameznika, ki bo lahko na osnovi pridobljenih informacij ustvarjal novo znanje kot podlago za lastne inovativne rešitve.

Abstract:Changes related to IT and communication technology development incur changes in the society and, at the same time, make it a challenge to find other ways of acquiring knowledge and searching for information. In this thesis we wanted to design a structured knowledge base which will enable the user to critically evaluate a selected e-learning program and provide feedback in case of issues. Educational institutions find it increasingly difficult to adapt and keep track of different methods of accepting information, which applies mostly to young generations. One of the solutions is creating new e-learning services which we can’t even imagine. These new services will help e-learning adapt to the needs of the learners and offer them a chance to develop individually and to use the given information to create new knowledge for their innovative solutions.
