Abstract:Nakupovanje blaga široke potrošnje ima svoje posebnosti. Danes ima vsak potrošnik v razvitem svetu veliko možnosti za izbiranje različnih izdelkov. Velika izbira ni vedno prednost, je tudi veliko breme za potrošnika. Ker danes potrošniki vse več uporabljajo pametne telefone, obstajajo tehnične možnosti, da se informacija ponudi potrošniku prav na mestu, kjer jo največ potrebuje; v trgovini, pri nakupovanju. Potrošnik lahko aktivno sodeluje v skupnosti potrošnikov, ki je neodvisna od vseh trgovcev in proizvajalcev. Pri tem ima dvojno vlogo: kot uporabnik pa tudi kot »zbiratelj« informacij. Potrošnik prispeva s svojimi informacijami o izdelkih, o cenah, kakovosti in ocenjuje izdelke, s čimer ima aktivno vlogo pri oblikovanju ponudbe na trgu. V svetu se opaža trend rasti in razvoja podobnih aplikacij.

Abstract:Buying Fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) has its own peculiarities. Every consumer in the developed world today has many options for selecting various products. Great choice is not always an advantage, it is also a huge burden to the consumer. As more and more consumers today use smart phones, there are technical possibilities to provide information to the consumer on the very spot where it is most needed, in the store, when shopping. The consumer can actively participate in the community of consumers, which is independent of all traders and manufacturers. Consumer has a dual role: he is using the information, as well as he is a "collector" of information. Consumer help with information about products, prices, quality and evaluate products and with this plays an active role in the development of offer in the market. There is a constant trend of growth and development of similar applications in the world.
