Title:Organizacijska klima in odnosi v trgovini Okaidi : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Organizacijska klima ima velik vpliv na učinkovitost opravljanja dela in zadovoljstva pri delu ter je temelj za dobro delovanje organizacije. Uspeh je v veliki meri odvisen od kakovosti in truda ljudi, ki delajo za organizacijo. Prilagodljivi, produktivni in delovni ljudje v organizaciji so konkurenčna prednost podjetja. Zadovoljstvo kupcev je ključnega pomena za uspeh vsakega podjetja. Ponovni nakup stranke je v neki meri odvisen od njenega zadovoljstva in od prodaje prodajalca v določenem podjetju. Da pa je prodajalec zadovoljen, mora v organizaciji prevladovati pozitivna klima. Tudi vodstvo s svojim vedenjem zelo vpliva na dojemanje organizacijske klime zaposlenih, daje zgled in oblikuje organizacijsko klimo. Magistrska naloga je sestavljena iz dveh delov. V teoretičnem delu so opisane značilnosti organizacijske klime in zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Empirični del naloge pa predstavlja predstavitev podjetja, kvalitativno analizo vsebine in kvantitativno analizo.

Abstract:Organizational climate has a huge impact on the efficiency of work. The job satisfaction is the foundation of a good functioning in organizations. Success is largely dependent on quality of effort on people, who work for the organization. Flexible, productive working people in the organization, are the competitive advantage of companies. Customer satisfaction is crucial for the success of any business. Customers will return again if they will be satisfied with our service. However, the seller has to be satisfied in the organization and needs to have a feeling of a positive climate. Superiors with their behavior greatly influence the perception of organizational climate associates, and give them example. Masters thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part that describes the characteristics of organizational climate on employee satisfaction. The empirical part of the thesis represents a company presentation, a qualitative content analysis and the quantitative analysis.
