Pra, frymëzimi dhe inspirimi janë pjesë të pandashme të një hulumtimi. Andaj, edhe ne personalisht jemi frymëzuar që të bëjmë një hulumtim dhe të elaborojmë temën për të cilën jemi përzgjedhur si; Të Drejtat e Pronësisë Intelektualë në Kosovë, ku më pas jemi inspiruar që të shkruajmë për sfidat dhe vështirësitë e së Drejtës Intelektuale në Kosovë. Vlen të theksohet se është e pamundur që të kryhet një studim, nëse nuk bëhet hulumtim i detajuar lidhur me fushën të cilën e përzgjedhim në një studim. Në këtë rast, ne jemi përpjekur që të bëjmë analizë të detajuar, duke e krahasuar këtë fushë me vendet e tjera, si vendet në zhvillim, vendet në tranzicion e kështu me radhë, duke i krahasuar ligjet, implementimin e këtij ligji, si dhe hartimin e strategjive të së Drejtës së Pronësisë Intelektuale në Kosovë. Analiza është kryer, duke bërë rishikim të thuktë të literaturës, duke vënë në pah se çfarë mendojnë autorët dhe dijetarët e tjerë rreth kësaj fushe. Gjithashtu, e kemi ngritur edhe pyetjen tonë kërkimore hulumtuese si në vijim: A është ballafaquar Kosova me sfida në implementimin e ligjit të së Drejtës së Pronësisë Intelektuale në Kosovë dhe cilat kanë qenë vështirësitë?Për ta fuqizuar pyetjen kërkimore hulumtuese, ne gjithashtu kemi parashtruar edhe pyetjen hulumtuese ndihmëse se a është hartuar në mënyrë të drejtë strategjia e kësaj fushe dhe a janë duke i kushtuar rëndësi të madhe kësaj strategjie krijuesit e veprimtarive të ndryshme në Kosovë. Qëllimi kryesor i temës është që të analizojmë mbrojtjen e të Drejtave të Pronësisë Intelektuale në Kosovë, duke e bërë një krahasim me vendet e tjera, sepse kjo çështje nuk është çështje që i përket vetëm vendit tonë, sepse mbrojtja e të Drejtave të Pronësisë Intelektuale nuk përbën më vetëm një çështje të një vendi, por është pjesë përbërëse dhe e pandarë e zhvillimeve rajonale e ndërkombëtare. Realizimi me efektivitet i kësaj mbrojtje tashmë përbën një shqetësim mbarëbotëror, për arsye të mundësive të mëdha që ekzistojnë për realizimin e shkeljeve, si rrjedhojë e zhvillimeve globale, përfshirë ato teknologjike. Sistemi i mbrojtjes së Pronësisë Intelektuale është i bazuar në një rrjet bashkëpunimi ligjor dhe ndërinstitucional kombëtar dhe ndërkombëtar, sepse pronësia intelektuale është term që përdoret për t'iu referuar llojeve të ndryshme të objekteve, të cilat janë krijime të mendjes njerëzore, gjegjësisht intelektit njerëzor. Tërësia e veprimtarisë në kuadër të implementimit të standardeve ndërkombëtare në mbrojtje të Pronësisë Intelektuale, është sigurimi i të drejtave të Pronësisë Intelektuale, mirëfunksionimi i sistemit gjyqësor, si dhe një infrastrukturë moderne e teknologjisë së informacionit dhe komunikimit. Në lidhje me Pronësinë Intelektuale, Strategjia Kombëtare sugjeron që sistemi duhet të inkurajojë transferimin e teknologjisë përmes tregut të transferimit të teknologjisë, në veçanti me shitjen dhe blerjen e teknologjisë së mbrojtur me patentë. Këto elemente teorike dhe ligjore me karakter ekonomik dhe moral, duhet të respektohen si një pjesë e rëndësishme e pasurimit të prodhuesve intelektualë. Në këtë këndvështrim, studentët luajnë një rol mjaft kyç në shpërndarjen e njohurive dhe sensibilizimin e gjerë mbi konceptet juridike dhe ekonomike të Pronësisë Intelektuale. Në këtë hulumtim, si metodë hulumtuese është përdorur metoda kualitative. Arsyeja e përzgjedhjes së kësaj metode është shumë e thjeshtë, duke u nisur nga fakti që kjo metodë lejon që të intervistohen vetëm ekspertët e kësaj fushe. Si instrument hulumtues, është përdorur pyetësori dhe janë përpiluar pyetjet në bazë të pyetjes kërkimore hulumtuese. Fokus grupi ka qenë i shtresuar, respektivisht është përzgjedhur një grup i vogël nga vetë ne . Dhe në fund të këtij hulumtimi, janë paraqitur rezultatet të cilat kanë qenë mjaft të kënaqshme, për të na mundësuar që të arrijmë pa kurrfarë vështirësie deri tek testimi i rezultateve, si dhe që të arrijmë me një konkluze të saktë dhe të japim rekomandime tona të duhura. Opis:	In order to finalize a researcher a study or research, it is required for researcher an inspiration at all time. Thus, an inspiration process is an inseparable part of a research study. Therefore, we have been personally inspired to conduct a research and elaborate the selected topic, then, to elaborate the challenges and difficulties of Intellectual Property Rights in Kosovo. It is worth mentioning that it is impossible to finalize a study research, if we do not make detailed research regarding the field that we choose in our study. In this case, we have tried to make a detailed analysis, comparing this area with other countries, such as developing countries, countries in transition, and so on, comparing laws, implementation of this law, and drafting of the Intellectual Property Rights Strategy in Kosovo. The analysis is carried out, making a thorough literature review, pointing out what the other authors and scholars think about this field. We have also raised the research question as follows: Has Republic of Kosovo faced with the challenges and difficulties in implementing the Intellectual Property Rights Law in Kosovo? In order to strengthen our research question, we have also raised an additional research question whether the strategy of this area is properly drafted and are the creators of various activities in Kosovo paying great attention to this strategy The main purpose of the topic is to analyze the protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Kosovo, making a comparison with other countries, because this is not a matter that belongs only to our country , because the protection of Intellectual Property Rights does not constitutes anymore just a matter of a country, but is an integral and inseparable part of regional and international developments. The effective implementation of this protection is considered now as a global concern, because of the great opportunities that exist for the realization of violations, as a result of global developments, including and technological developments. The Intellectual Property Protection System is based on a national and international legal and inter-institutional cooperation network, because intellectual property term is used to refer to different types of objects, which are creations of the human mind, namely human intellect. The entirety of the activity in the implementation of international standards in the protection of Intellectual Property is the assurance of Intellectual Property Rights, the well-functioning of the judicial system, as well as a modern infrastructure of information and communication technology. Regarding the Intellectual Property, the National Strategy suggests that the system should encourage the transfer of technology through the technology transfer market, in particular with the sale and purchase of patented technology. These theoretical and legal elements of economic and moral character should to be respected as an important part of the enrichment of intellectual producers. In this respect, the students play a key role in disseminating of knowledge's and broader sensitization on the legal and economic concepts of Intellectual Property. In this research, as a research method is used the qualitative methods. The reason for choosing this method is very simple, given the fact that this method allows only experts from this field to be interviewed. As a research tool is used the questionnaire, and the questions were compiled on the basis of research question. The focus group has been stratified, respectively, we have chosen group of respondents . And at the end of this research, the results were presented, which were quite satisfactory, enabling us to reach without any difficulty to the testing of results, and to come up with an accurate conclusion, and giving our recommendations in appropriate manner.
