Title:Stili vodenja na Dolenjskem in v Posavju ter raziskava uporabe informacijsko komunikacijskih tehnologij kot pripomočkov za uspešnejše vodenje : magistrska naloga

Abstract:Skozi nalogo smo obravnavali različne stile vodenja: tri klasične (avtokratsko vodenje, participativno vodenje ter Laissez-Faire vodenje) in dva novejša stila (transakcijsko in transformacijsko vodenje). Osredotočili smo se na preučevanje različnih stilov vodenja v dolenjski in posavski regiji, ter katere IKT pripomočke vodje uporabljajo v pomoč vodenju. Pridobljene podatke smo analizirali in na podlagi ankete in intervjujev, ki smo jih izvedli v sklopu raziskave, preverili, kateri stil je prevladujoč v raziskovanih regijah, kakšne kompetence vodje, kako se spoprijemajo s spremembami in kako motivirajo. Ugotovili smo, da v preučevanih regijah ni prevladujočega stila vodenja, nekoliko sicer izstopa transformacijski stil vodenja, ki je od preučevanih stilov vodenja najbolj naklonjen spremembam in se z njimi najlažje sooča.

Abstract:Throughout the assignment, we addressed different leadership styles: three classic (autocratic leadership, participatory leadership, and Laissez-Faire leadership) and two newer styles (transactional and transformational leadership). We focused on studying different leadership styles in the Dolenjska and Posavje regions, and what ICT gadgets leaders use to help them with leadership. We have analyzed the obtained data and verified on the basis of survey and conducted interviews in the part of the research, which style is dominant in the researched regions, what competences leaders have, how they cope with change and how they motivate. We found that in the regions studied there is no dominant style of leadership, slightly more, or if we rank the results we found out that transformational leadership style is predominant. From the studied leadership styles is transformational style of leadership most favorable to change and most easily confronted with change.
