Abstract:V magistrski nalogi ugotavljamo, kateri dejavniki vplivajo na spodbujanje socialnega podjetništva v Sloveniji. V prvem delu se osredotočamo na teoretične opredelitve socialnega podjetništva, socialnega podjetnika in socialnega podjetja. Opisujemo socialno podjetništvo po svetu in v Sloveniji ter pregledamo obstoječe pobude za spodbujanje socialnega podjetništva v Sloveniji. Temu sledi opis največkrat omenjenih spodbud, ki vplivajo na razvoj socialnega podjetništva. V nadaljevanju, na podlagi kvalitativne analize, prikažemo možnosti za spodbujanje socialnega podjetništva v Sloveniji in podamo naša priporočila.

Abstract:In the master's degree we establish what factors have an impact on the promotion of social entrepreneurship in Slovenia. In the first part we focus on the theoretical definitions of social entrepreneurship, social entrepreneur and social enterprise. We describe social entrepreneurship around the world and in Slovenia and examine existing initiatives for the promotion of social entrepreneurship in Slovenia. This is followed by a description of the most frequently mentioned incentives which have an impact on the development of social entrepreneurship. In sequel, on the basis of qualitative analysis, we show the possibilities to promote social entrepreneurship in Slovenia and we give our recommendations.
