Title:Dejavniki motivacije za izobraževanje in usposabljanje v večji javni organizaciji na področju zdravstva : diplomska naloga visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve stopnje

Abstract:Motivirani in usposobljeni zaposleni so najkompleksnejša naloga vsakega podjetja. Uspešnost procesov izobraževanja v podjetju je odvisna od vodstva podjetja, delovanja kadrovske službe z vodstvom in želje zaposlenih, da se izobražujejo. Kako uspešno bo podjetje oziroma organizacija, je v današnjem svetu v veliki meri odvisno tudi od njenih zaposlenih. Vedno več ljudi je nezadovoljnih na svojem delovnem mestu zaradi slabih medsebojnih odnosov, slabih pogojev za delo, slabega počutja, nepoštenosti in še mnogo drugih vzrokov. Danes ni več največji izziv organizacije, da ima dobro razvito vizijo, strategijo in cilje, temveč morajo vzpostaviti sistem, ki motivira zaposlene, da jim sledijo. Le dobro in pravilno motivirani zaposleni lahko organizaciji pomagajo do uresničitve njihovih ciljev in strategij. Izobraževanje pri posamezniku vpliva na njegovo kakovost življenja, uspešnost in družbeno učinkovitost. Menim, da so izobraženi ljudje osnovni gradnik družbe in tako predstavljajo osnovo za funkcionalno družbo, pomanjkljivo izobraženi pa ne prispevajo k družbenem napredku. Tako kot se razlikujejo med seboj karierne poti posameznika, se razlikujejo tudi osebni interesi in cilji posameznika. Nekateri mislijo, da se je brez pomena izobraževati ali usposabljati, da že vse vedo. Nekateri pa enostavno nimajo želje in potrebe, da bi nadgrajevali svoje znanje. Moje mnenje je, da kdor se ne izobražuje in ne gradi svojega znanja, prav kmalu spozna, da ga mlajši in spretnejši sodelavci prehitijo. Osveščenost in samoiniciativnost sta ključnega pomena pri motivaciji za izobraževanje in usposabljanje. V okviru diplomske naloge je bilo postavljenih šest hipotez, ki so se preverjale skozi celotno nalogo in smo jih v šestem poglavju statistično analizirali s pomočjo rezultatov raziskave. Prišli smo do ugotovitve, da bi morala organizacija najprej opredeliti potrebe po izobraževanju. Zaposlenim bi morala posredovati vse informacije o možnosti izobraževanja, formalnega in neformalnega. V sedmem poglavju smo podlagi rezultatov raziskave podali tudi predloge za izboljšanje področja izobraževanja na Ginekološki kliniki v Ljubljani.

Abstract:Motivated and well – qualified workers are the most complex task of every organization. The efficiency of the process of education in the organization depends on its management, its staff – management and the employees' tendency towards education. Nowadays employees have impact on efficiency of the organization. More and more people are not satisfied at work due to bad interacting with others, poor working conditions, ill health, dishonesty and many other causes. The biggest goal that organization has these days is not its vision, strategy and goals, but to establish a system that motivates the employees to follow the vision, strategy and goals. Only those employees that are well and correctly motivated can help the organization to carry out its goals and strategies. Education has an impact on indivudual's quality of life, his efficiency and social efficacy. I think educated people are the basis of society and the basis for the functional society whereas less – educated do not have an impact on the progress of the society. In this way there are different career paths of individuals, their interests and goals. Some think there is no sense to get education or qualification, they feel they know enough already. Some just do not have the desire and the need to upgrade their knowledge. I personally think that one that does not upgrade his knowledge soon realizes that he has been overtaken by younger and more skilled co-workers. Consciousness and personal initiative are the key when we speak about motivation for education and qualification. In the framework of the Diploma work we set up six hypothesis which were tested through the entire Diploma work and were statistically analyzed in the chapter six, using the results of the research. We came to the conclusion that the organization should define the needs for education first. The employees should be informed with all information about education possibilities, both formal and informal. Chapter seven presents the suggestions for improval, based on the results of the research, conducted at the Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology of Ljubljana.
