Abstract:Že na začetku diplomske naloge povezujemo temi okolja in trajnostnega razvoja kot pojma, ki sta obvezna pri razumevanju okoljske politike ter delovanja samega podjetja. Podjetje, ki je po delovanju in vsej svoji organiziranosti tema diplomske naloge, je Petrol d.d., Ljubljana. Skozi samo delovanje podjetja in skozi medsebojne odnose, ki so zgrajeni na podlagi zaposlenih v podjetju, tako pridobimo sliko organizacije Petrol. Različna poročila, raziskave in intervjuji so kazalniki, ki merijo medosebne odnose ter vzdušje v sami organizaciji. Na podlagi tega je tako pri končnih rezultatih tudi vidno, kako in koliko organizacija sama naredi za svoj uspeh – pa naj bo ta zunanji ali notranji, vendar vedno v sklopu podjetja Petrol.

Abstract:At the beginning of this thesis, we associate environment and sustainable development as concepts required for an understanding of the company's environmental policy and its operation. The company discussed herein is Petrol. The picture of Petrol's organization is constructed through its operation and the interpersonal relationships, both built on the basis of employees. We use various reports and interviews as indicators for measuring of interpersonal relationships and the organization's atmosphere. On this basis, the final results indicate what does it take for an organization to succeed, regardless of the point of view, being that external or internal one, as success has always been considered in the context of the company Petrol.
