Title:Izvajanje mobinga nad študenti pri študentskem delu : diplomska naloga

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi smo preučevali, ali je v Sloveniji izvajanje mobinga nad študenti prisotno med opravljanjem študentskega dela. Na podlagi kvalitativne analize smo si zastavili štiri raziskovalna vprašanja, na katera smo skozi analizo strukturiranih intervjujev z desetimi študenti prišli do želenih odgovorov. Analiza intervjujev je pokazala, da v veliki večini študent ni tisti, ki bi povzročal težave in s tem dal povod za izvajanje mobinga nad njim, temveč so delodajalec ali sodelavci tisti, ki pričnejo z izvajanjem mobinga. Nekatere organizacije se v Sloveniji že spoprijemajo s problemom (klasičnega) mobinga nad zaposlenimi, ki so zaposleni na podlagi pogodbe o zaposlitvi, in poskušajo, da v njihovih podjetjih do njega ne bi prihajalo, zato z njim seznanjajo ključne ljudi, svoje zaposlene, nekatere organizacije pa še ne vidijo velikega problema v tem, zato tudi ne iščejo rešitev, da do tega ne bi prihajalo. Med drugim tudi malo podjetij obravnava študente, ki pri njih opravljajo študentsko delo preko študentskega servisa, enakovredno kot ostale zaposlene, toda kljub temu so velikokrat manjvredni, zato navadno prihaja do izvajanja mobinga nad njimi.

Abstract:The diploma thesis deals with the fact that mobbing is carried out among students during their student work. On the basis of qualitative analysis four research questions were set. The answers were provided by interviews with ten students. The analysis shows that in most cases it is not a student who causes troubles and is responsible for mobbing being carried out, it is an employer or a co-worker who starts with it. Some organizations in Slovenia have already started contending with the problems of (classical) mobbing which is present among employees who have contracts of employment. They are informing the key people, their employees in order to prevent it. On the other hand some other organizations do not think this is necessary because they do not see the problems at all. Furthermore there are only a few companies that treat students at their student work equally as other employees. They are often inferior and victims of mobbing.
