Title:Zadovoljstvo uporabnikov z izvajanjem reševalnih in drugih prevozov : diplomska naloga

Abstract:V diplomski nalogi bomo obravnavali zadovoljstvo uporabnikov z reševalnimi (nenujnimi) ter sanitetnimi prevozi v podjetju Meri Impex, d. o. o. Dotaknili se bomo tudi razlik med izvajanjem samega dela v Sloveniji in v tujini (Avstrija, Hrvaška, Nizozemska). Med najbolj razvitimi v Sloveniji je prav prej omenjeno podjetje. Obdelali smo tudi temo virusa z nazivom Sars-CoV-2, zaradi katerega so se v vsaki panogi mnoge stvari spremenile. Podatke smo pridobili s kvalitativno in kvantitativno analizo, ki smo jih izvedli z intervjujem direktorice podjetja, in anketo uporabnikov prevoza. Preko anket smo torej raziskovali, kako so uporabniki zadovoljni z izvedbo samega transporta ter kaj bi po njihovem mnenju pripomoglo k izboljšanju le-tega. Tukaj smo ugotovili, da se pacienti najbolje počutijo, ko so deležni prevoza z vozilom Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Omejitve z izvedbo anket zaradi virusa so nam vzele predvsem veliko časa za izvedbo le-teh. Z intervjujem direktorice podjetja smo želeli izvedeti, kakšen pogled ima na doseganje večjega zadovoljstva uporabnikov z udobnostjo. S to analizo smo ugotovili, da v omenjenem podjetju upoštevajo predhodne slabe izkušnje z nakupom manj udobnih vozil in opreme in predvsem finance. Direktorico podjetja smo zaradi težje dostopnosti zaradi epidemije težko dobili (sistemizacija dela), zato se je bilo za čas za analizo težko dogovoriti. V tej panogi zdravstva se ljudje različnih starostnih skupin srečujejo s poškodbami in obolenji. Zato sta prav zanje še posebej pomembna udobnost in časovni interval prevoza. Anketirali smo ciljno skupino od 18 do 80 let starosti in skupaj zbrali 51 anketirancev. Rezultati, ki so bili doseženi s pomočjo analiz, so lahko dobri napotki podjetjem pri sistematizaciji svojega dela (manjša ali nova podjetja na trgu). Na samem koncu, pod poglavjem priloge, je priložen primer ankete in intervjujev.

Abstract:In the diploma theses we will discuss the satisfaction of users with rescue (non-essential) and medical proverbs in the company Meri Impex, d. o. o. We will also touch on the differences between the implementation of the work itself in Slovenia and abroad (Austria, Croatia, the Netherlands). Among the most developed in Slovenia is the aforementioned company. We also covered the topic of a virus called Sars-CoV-2, which is why many things have changed in every industry. The data were obtained by qualitative and quantitative analysis, which was conducted by interviewing the company's directors and a survey of transport users. Through surveys, we therefore researched how satisfied users are with the implementation of the transport itself and what they think would help to improve it. Here, we found that patients feel best when they receive transportation with a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. The limitations of conducting surveys due to the virus took us a lot of time to conduct them. In an interview with the director of the company, we wanted to find out what his view is on achieving a background of user satisfaction with comfort. With this analysis, we found that the company took into account previous bad experiences with the purchase of less comfortable vehicles and equipment, especially in finance. Due to the difficult accessibility due to the epidemic, the director company found it difficult to obtain (systematization of work), so it was difficult to agree on a time for analysis. In this branch of healthcare, people of different age groups face injuries and illnesses. Therefore, the convenience and time interval of transport are especially important for them legally. We surveyed the target group from 18 to 80 years of age and gathered a total of 51 respondents. The results, which were measured by means of analysis, can thus be a good guide to the company in systematizing its work (smaller or new companies in the market). At the very end, under the appendix chapter, an example of a survey and interviews is attached.
