Abstract:V tej nalogi želimo prikazati temnejšo, v mnogih primerih izpuščeno stran poslovanja, ki jo povzroča predvsem povečan stres v svetu, v katerem živimo. Odgovori vprašanih so bili večinoma podobni.

Title:Mobing na delovnem mestu
Abstract:In this paper, we want to show the darker, in many cases omitted side of business, which is mainly caused by increased stress in the world in which we live. So, to portray mobbing as a form of inappropriate work behavior that harms not only the individual and the organization, but also the broad network of relationships in the social system. Mobbing has a relatively short history, but many definitions have tried to describe and understand its occurrence in more detail. Thanks to research, an image has been created for ordinary people to more easily recognize mobbing and to prevent further harassment in the workplace. Mobbing is a term that is becoming part of everyday life and describes a phenomenon that experts first described as psychological terror in the workplace. Mobbing is a phenomenon that negatively affects the mental, social and economic condition of an individual. Timely prevention and resolution of mobbing is very important. This is important both from the perspective of the organization and the individual. Leaders in the company play a key role in this. To find out how leaders deal with mobbing, we conducted research. In this research, we used interviews with leaders in the company as a methodology. The purpose was to find out in what ways the leaders in the chosen organization strive to prevent and resolve mobbing. Answers of the respondents confirmed that mobbing was present in their company. The interviewees point out good relations and employee satisfaction as the main conditions for successful business and achieving the company's goals. The answers of the respondents were mostly similar. Their position is that employees need to be made aware and educated, as this can prevent or at least limit mobbing.
