V zaključku naloge so predstavljeni rezultati raziskave-odnos ljudi do izvajanja pozitivne verbalne komunikacije in kako jo razumejo.

Abstract:Positive verbal communication is welcome in all societies or culture, because it has a great impact on interpersonal relationships and consequently on the business operations of organization or company. However, this is often neglected because management of some societies does not recognize its importance or does not pay enough attention to positive verbal communication as to productivity itself. The main purpose of the master's thesis is to determine the role of positive verbal communication on interpersonal relationships between employees in organizations, from which they were taken over by foreign investors. In the empirical part, the task shows how communication between employees and management takes place, and the problems that arise during employee communication. In most cases, problems are observed due to poor understanding of information and insufficient provision of information for the task. Foreign management uses their mother tongue or English to provide information or work instructions, which causes employees to misunderstand and misinterpret communication. In most cases, however, employees are satisfied with the current management and there is a greater presence of positive verbal communication in all areas. In conclusion, the results of the research are presented, what is the attitude of employees to the implementation of positive verbal communication and how they understand it and confirmation of the findings that positive verbal communication improves peoples satisfaction in the society. At the end of the thesis, the results of the research are presented - people's attitude to the implementation of positive verbal communication and how they understand it. Important findings of this research are, above all, confirmation that positive communication definitely improves employee satisfaction; but nonetheless, in organizations taken over by foreign investors, satisfaction on the job positions remains far from expected.
