Abstract:Če želijo biti delovne organizacije uspešne, morajo stremeti k nenehnemu razvoju. Hitro in predvsem primerno se morajo odzvati na vse spremembe, še zlasti glede sprememb v zakonodaji, tehnologiji in trgu. Brez zaposlenih, ki nenehno pridobivajo, izpopolnjujejo ter obnavljajo svoje znanje, je slednje zelo oteženo. Glede na vse pozitivne učinke, ki jih prinaša izobraževanje zaposlenih na delovnem mestu, je smiselno, da delovne organizacije svoje zaposlene nenehno spodbujajo k izobraževanju. V magistrski nalogi se osredotočamo na raziskovanje smiselnosti, učinkovitosti in kvaliteto izobraževanj, namenjenih zaposlenim v delovnih organizacijah. Predvsem nas o tem zanima mnenje delovnih organizacij in zaposlenih.

Abstract:If work organizations are to be successful, they must strive for continuous development. They must respond quickly and, above all, appropriately to all changes, especially with regard to changes in legislation, technology and the market. Without employees who are constantly acquiring, improving and renewing their knowledge, the latter is very difficult. Given all the positive effects that employee training brings in the workplace, it makes sense for work organizations to constantly encourage their employees to train. In the thesis, we focus on researching the meaningfulness, efficiency and quality of education intended for employees in work organizations. We are mainly interested in the opinion of working organizations and employees.
