S tem namenom smo v raziskavi uporabili Purpose in life oz.

Abstract:Interpersonal relationships in the organization are a very important factor in how an individual perceives his work, how much he engages in work, and makes it meaningful. Due to bad relationships in the workplace, a feeling of nonsense of one's work can occur, which significantly affects the productivity of the worker. This is not the only factor, but one of the important factors, and above all it is closely related to the motivation of the individual. Furthermore, the meaningfulness of an individual's work also has a significant impact on the perception of the meaning of life. Namely, a person spends a good part of his life at work and thus relationships at work become an important factor that significantly affects his life.. For this purpose, we used Purpose in life or PIL-test, to which we added our own questions related to workplace relationships. We found that an individual who is in conflicting relationships in an organization often does not take any responsibility for the situation that arises. We also found that workplace relationships have a significant impact on the meaningfulness of an individual's work, namely the better the workplace relationships are, the easier it is for an individual to make sense of their work and the more motivated they are to perform work tasks. This has a positive effect on the individual's perception of the meaning of work and life, as well as on work performance and represents a greater contribution to the organization in which he performs work.
