Opis:V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali, kako je pandemija covida-19 vplivala na izbrano podjetje. Teoretični del opisuje, kje se je pandemija pričela in kdaj je virus dosegel tudi Slovenijo. Zanimalo nas je, kako je covid-19 vplival na socialne odnose in na usklajevanje dela in družine. Zaradi zajezitve virusa je bilo mnogo podjetij primoranih spremeniti način delovanja, zato smo raziskali, koliko so organizacije delo od doma opravljale pred pandemijo covida-19 in koliko med pandemijo. Teoretični del smo zaključili s predstavitvijo izbranega podjetja. Za potrebe empiričnega dela smo s pomočjo spletnega orodja 1KA izdelali spletni anketni vprašalnik, ki so ga izpolnili zaposleni izbranega podjetja. Anketni vprašalnik je v celoti izpolnilo 20 zaposlenih, delno pa 22. S pridobljenimi podatki smo lahko odgovorili na tri raziskovalna vprašanja, ki smo si jih zastavili. Iz pridobljenih rezultatov smo ugotovili, da je podjetje sprejelo več ukrepov, ki pa niso bistveno vplivali na delo zaposlenih, saj je bilo opravljeno enako dobro kot pred sprejetjem le-teh. Večina zaposlenih tudi ni imela večjih težav z usklajevanjem družine kot pred pandemijo covida-19. Prav tako smo iz odgovorov razbrali, da je podjetje med pandemijo covida-19 podpiralo svoje zaposlene tako z oskrbo potrebnih tehnologij kot pri usklajevanju dela in družine. Vse podatke smo grafično prikazali in jih ustrezno interpretirali.

Naslov:Impact of the pandemic covid-19 on the employees and work organization in the selected company : diploma thesis
Opis:In the diploma thesis, we investigated how the COVID-19 pandemic affected the selected company. The theoretical part describes where the pandemic started and when the virus reached Slovenia. We were interested in how COVID-19 affected social relations and balancing work and family. Due to the containment of the virus, many companies were forced to change the way they operate, so we investigated how much organizations were working from home before the COVID-19 pandemic and how during the pandemic. We concluded the theoretical session with the presentation of the selected company. For the needs of the empirical work, we created an online survey questionnaire with the help of the online tool 1KA, which was filled out by the employees of the selected company. 20 employees completed the questionnaire in full, and 22 partially completed it. With the obtained data, we were able to answer the 3 research questions we asked ourselves. From the obtained results, we found that the company adopted several measures, which did not significantly affect the work of the employees, since it was performed just as well as before they were adopted. We also concluded that the majority of employees had no greater problems with family coordination than before the COVID-19 pandemic. We also learned from the answers that during the COVID-19 pandemic, the company supported its employees both by providing the necessary technologies and by coordinating work and family. All data were presented graphically and interpreted accordingly.
