Temu sledita metodološki in raziskovalni del.

Naslov:Mental health of foreign students in Slovenia
Opis:The mental health of foreign students in Slovenia was discussed in our thesis. In view of the fact that there are a large number of foreign students in Slovenia, mainly from the countries of the former SFRY, mostly from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Croatia, and that those students moved away from home at the age of 18 and lived alone in a new country, among new people, learning a new language, we wanted to find out what their mental health is like. We decided to investigate exclusively foreign students, for the reason stated above. At the beginning, we presented the theoretical part, where we discussed concepts related to mental health, mental health in the countries of the former SFRY, mental health of young people, and the most common mental problems among students, such as stress, depression, anxiety and burnout. The topic is followed by the methodological and research part. We ordered a questionnaire consisting of 49 questions. The first part of the questionnaire consists of basic questions, the second part is the burnout questionnaire, and the third part is the DASS-21 questionnaire. The questionnaire was published in three Facebook groups and was published during the exam period. We presented the first part of the questionnaire with the help of graphs from Excel, the analysis of the DASS-21 questionnaire was done in the SPSS program and is also presented. We answered our research questions and finally presented our conclusions. We concluded that the mental health of foreign students in Slovenia is not as bad as we expected. We expected weaker results, considering that the students are coming to a completely foreign country, alone, without knowledge of the language and with many new obligations that come with the faculty. We found that in addition to student obligations, 82.5% of students perform work through the student service. We also found that the mental health of students differs depending on the country they come from.
