211. VPLIV DEZINFORMACIJ NA POLITIČNO STABILNOST V EVROPINeli Pisek, 2025, ni določena Opis: Magistrska naloga raziskuje vpliv dezinformacij na politično stabilnost s poudarkom na štirih evropskih državah: Franciji, Poljski, Madžarski in Združenem kraljestvu. Glavni cilj raziskave je bil analizirati, kako lažne informacije vplivajo na politične procese, kdo jih širi in prek katerih kanalov, kakšne so njihove glavne strategije ter kateri ukrepi so najbolj učinkoviti pri omejevanju njihovega vpliva.
Rezultati raziskave potrjujejo, da so dezinformacije postale pomembno orodje za oblikovanje javnega mnenja, vpliv na volilne izide in destabilizacijo demokratičnih sistemov. Dokazali smo, da dezinformacije prispevajo k volilni manipulaciji, polarizaciji družbe in zmanjšanju zaupanja v institucije. Države, ki imajo bolj učinkovite regulativne mehanizme, so pokazale večjo odpornost proti vplivu dezinformacij - najbolj učinkoviti izmed njih so regulacija digitalnih platform, izboljšanje medijske pismenosti in podpora neodvisnim preverjevalcem dejstev.
212. Effectiveness of new reactivation approaches in integrated long-term care : contribution to the long-term care actSuzanna Mežnarec Novosel, Marija Bogataj, David Bogataj, Eneja Drobež, 2025, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Objectives: This study evaluates the effectiveness of an innovative, integrated healthcare approach based on the “Long-term Care (LTC) in the Community” pilot project, aimed at testing solutions for the new LTC Act and associated regulations in Slovenia. It is based on a small sample, which can be financed from European project funds. This methodology is crucial for the subordinate legislation derived from the LTC Act. Methods: We selected beneficiaries who decided to receive integrated services in their home environment in rural areas. Among 132 beneficiaries who received various care services at home, 75 beneficiaries received integrated services to maintain independence, while a control group of 57 persons did not receive these despite eligibility. The hypothesis that the new reactivation and other services to strengthen and maintain independence facilitate a transition to a lower category of LTC within the system of different states of abilities and that new approaches with integrated home care are much moresuccessful were tested using the Z + 4 test. Results: Seven out of eight users’ abilities were improved by an inventive approach to LTC at home, including reactivation activities, with p < 0.025. The probability that the new methods will outperform the old ones for an arbitrarily selected senior eligible for LTC exceeded 0.89. Thus, we used quantitative methods to confirm the reasonableness of the decisions included in the LTC Act and will help to estimate savings in the health fund. Conclusions: These positive results promote the implementation of integrated care strategies, norms, and standards, which will be further articulated in subordinate legislation. 213. Fizioterapevtska obravnava adhezivnega kapsulitisa : diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študijskega programa prve bolonjske stopnje FizioterapijaDavorin Matkovič, 2023, diplomsko delo Opis: Teoretična izhodišča: Adhezivni kapsulitis, znan tudi kot zamrznjena rama, je pogosta bolezen, ki prizadene ramenski sklep. Značilni simptomi te bolezni vključujejo bolečino in postopno izgubo gibljivosti ramenskega sklepa. Adhezivni kapsulitis se pojavlja pri približno 2–5% splošne populacije, pri čemer je pogostejši pri ženskah. Adhezivni kapsulitis običajno poteka skozi tri prekrivajoče se faze, ki se kažejo z bolečino in izgubo gibljivosti (faza vnetja/'zmrzovanje' – Faza I), togostjo ('zamrznjenost' – Faza II) in nato postopnim izboljševanjem simptomov ('odmrzovanje' – Faza III). Metoda: Diplomsko delo temelji na pregledu obstoječe strokovne in znanstvene literature. Uporabili smo kvalitativno metodo pregleda literature in analizirali vsebino spoznanj. 214. An Ex Ante approach to the resilience and recovery plan’s impacts on sustainable tourism in Algarve and AlentejoBernardo Valente, Erika Džajić Uršič, 2025, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: The European Union has been trying to adjust its tourism policy in response to the challenges posed by the recent COVID-19 pandemic. The funding of the EU Cohesion Policy has been one of the primary mechanisms guaranteeing that all regions can be prepared to receive tourists and cope with the sustainability challenges the pandemic has raised. The recovery and resilience plan (PRR) is the most recent instrument created to help economic growth in most European Union countries. The implementation of the PRR in Algarve and Alentejo has been fundamental to understanding the Portuguese tourism sector, as these regions are heavily dependent on tourism sector revenue and were hit hard by the consecutive lockdowns in recent years. Therefore, this policy, in brief, critically assesses the tourism-related projects that received funding from the PRR until November 2023 (ex ante) and their potential to guarantee long-term tourism sustainability in Algarve and Alentejo. Despite not achieving the expected efficiency results due to delays in project execution and low investment, the PRR is still a positive upgrade for tourism-related policy in Algarve and Alentejo. 217. Advancing circular economy in Slovenia : a systematic review of industrial symbiosis networks and their opportunitiesErika Džajić Uršič, Alenka Pandiloska Jurak, Urška Fric, Jelena Topić, Simon Muhič, Janez Kolar, 2024, pregledni znanstveni članek Opis: This article reviews the development and strengths of Industrial Symbiosis Networks (ISN) in Slovenia, which is crucial for transitioning to a Circular Economy (CE). Industrial Symbiosis (IS), as one of the tools for implementing a circular economy, promotes the collaborative use of resources, energy, and waste among industries, enhancing resource efficiency and reducing environmental impact. However, challenges such as inadequate regulatory support, underdeveloped markets for secondary raw materials, financial constraints, lack of awareness, and data-sharing issues hinder IS adoption. This article systematically reviews CE opportunities to enhance IS, including examples, digital platforms, eco-industrial parks, and government initiatives, using the PRISMA model (Preferred Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analysis). By addressing these challenges and leveraging opportunities, Slovenia can further integrate IS into its industrial framework, advancing its CE goals. This analysis provides a foundation for future research and policy development in Slovenian Industrial Symbiosis. Ključne besede: industrial symbiosis, networks, circular Economy, resource efficiency, Slovenia Objavljeno v ReVIS: 19.05.2025; Ogledov: 400; Prenosov: 4

220. Emotions and the use of emojis for emotion recognition in corporate social networks, literature reviewPeter Ferfoglia, Tamara Besednjak Valič, Erika Džajić Uršič, izvirni znanstveni članek Opis: Managing employee emotions can lead to an improvement in the corporate climate and therefore to better cohesion of the corporate social network. In reality with many employees, especially those where people are spread over vast territories, the difficulties in detecting emotions become greater. Hypothesizing the usefulness of emoji-emoticons to simplify the recognition of emotions even in complex situations, we have carried out a literature review of the scientific articles which talk about emotions and emoji-emoticons. Our job consisted in researching, cataloguing and summarizing the main studies done and published by researchers in the last ten years concerning emotions and the use of emojis as a tool for the discovery and understanding of emotions in corporate working groups, to then make a briefanalysis. Much research has been done and many methods have been developed in the field of emotional-sentimental detection, just as there is much research relating to the generic use of emojis, in general, and in the corporate field. Unfortunately, we have found few studies regarding the use of emojis for emotion recognition and identification in the workplace. As a result, we have found scientific evidence of the importance of emotions in companies, noting that the different types of graphic inserts (emoji-emoticons) can be a valid support tool for human resources for detecting and analysing employee emotions. We believe we have achieved the goal of our work in providing concrete help with this literature review for future scientific developments in this field Ključne besede: corporate social network, Emoji, emoticons, human resources, organizational climate, quality of work, well-being Objavljeno v ReVIS: 19.05.2025; Ogledov: 244; Prenosov: 0 |
